KLOW timing when you already run GLOW, overlap or full switch?

I've been running GLOW on its own for about 8 weeks now and honestly my skin and a stubborn shoulder tendon both feel way better than baseline. Anectodally, the biggest thing I noticed was sleep getting deeper around week 3 and the tendon finally calming down by week 6.
Now I'm thinking about adding KPV since inflammation is still my main issue, which basically turns it into KLOW. Question for anyone who has made that jump, did you just stop GLOW cold and start the full KLOW, or did you overlap for a couple weeks? I'm a little nervous about dropping TB-500 down to 2x a week since on GLOW I was doing it the same way and it worked, so that part stays the same I think.
Also curious about GHK-Cu dosing. On GLOW I'm at 200mcg daily, which lines up with what the KLOW profile shows, so no change there. But do you pin it at the same time as BPC and KPV, or split it morning and night? I've seen people do both and I can't figure out if it actually matters or if it's just habit.

Pinning GHK-Cu at the same time as the rest vs splitting it probably doesn't move the needle much for most people, could just be habit on either side. What I'd watch more is the KPV ramp. Going from zero to daily overnight can be rough on the gut if you're sensitive (ask me how I know lol). Maybe start it every other day for a week and see how you feel before going daily. And yeah I wouldn't dro
- tracker_jade: Ha yeah fair point on the GHK-Cu timing, I'll just keep pinning it with the rest since that's already what I'm doing, less to remember. The KPV ramp is good to know because I do have a gut that throws fits if I look at it wrong. Every other day for a week then daily sounds reasonable, anecdotally do you remember how long the gut stuff lasted before it calmed down? I wanna know if I'm signing up for a week of misery or a month. And yeah the shoulder is definitely not 100%, it's way better but s
- retired_coldplunge: Yeah, the GHK-Cu timing thing... I used to overthink it too, fwiw. Now I just pin it with the rest of the stack and move on, no difference I can notice either way. The KPV ramp is solid advice though, gut stuff is real. I went daily too fast and paid for it 😎
- tracker_jade: Ha yeah I figured the GHK-Cu thing was overthinking, thanks for confirming. The KPV ramp though, how fast did you go and what was the payback like? My gut is usually fine but I don't wanna learn the hard way.
