Adamax vs Semax, anyone tried both back to back?

Keen on this one since I keep seeing Adamax pop up as the "better Semax" in some of the longevity groups I'm in. The stability thing is what caught my eye, I get a bit of nasal irritation from Semax on longer runs and the half life on Adamax is supposedly way more forgiving.
My own experience with Semax has been solid for deep focus blocks, maybe 5 to 6 hours of clean work before it fades, but I dose twice a day and the second dose tends to give me a low grade headache. Nothing major, just annoying.
Curious how Adamax compares in the real world. Does the focus feel the same or more "wired"? Does anyone notice the BDNF side of it more (better recall, dream vividness, that kind of thing) or is it basically Semax with fewer dosing hassles?
I haven't pulled the trigger yet because the long term safety profile is basically blank for both, and I'd rather hear what others have actually noticed before I dive in. Would love a comparison from anyone who's run both...

- calmchloe: I havent tried adamax personally so i cant compare side by side, but the nasal irritation bit resonates. With semax i found splitting the dose across the day helped heaps, and using a saline rinse after seemed to settle it. The half life extension is the main draw for me on paper too, less peak/trough cycling sounds gentler on the system. Honestly for what its worth the dream vividness thing some people report on semax is the BDNF expression showing up in sleep architecture, thats a real mechan
- optimized_macros: Splitting the dose didn't really fix the headache for me tbh, just spread it thinner. Saline rinse is a good shout though, I never tried that, will give it a crack this week and see if it helps the irritation enough to stay on Semax while I wait on more Adamax reports. On the BDNF and sleep architecture, that lines up with what I noticed... My dreams on Semax were noticeably more vivid around week 2. So if Adamax holds that and ditches the nasal drama, that's a win. Did you ever get bloodwork
- paul_rows: I tried Adamax for a week, nasal irritation was way less, focus felt smoother but slightly less sharp than Semax, dreams were vivid too. Curious if you noticed any mood shift with the split dose?
- optimized_macros: Yeah that tracks with what others have said too. Smoother, less punchy. I never noticed much mood shift either way tbh, Semax just feels neutral, maybe a touch flat by hour 5 for me. Are you still on it or moved on?
