Methylene blue for afternoon focus, anyone else try this?

So ive been digging into methylene blue lately after reading the profile here on ResearchSafe, and the mitochondrial angle really grabbed me because i tend to crash hard around 3pm no matter how solid my sleep is.

My plan is to start low, like maybe 0.5 mg/kg and titrate from there, mostly on work days when i need to push through reports and data analysis. Im curious about the auto oxidation cycling piece because the MAO inhibition could matter for me since i dont take SSRIs but i do drink coffee and occasionally use racetams.

For those who have actually used it, how did it feel different from a typical stimulant? Did it feel more like steady clarity or just a wake up slap? And did anyone stack it with anything from the Semax family or is that overkill?

Also one thing i want to mention, i know it turns your pee blue and thats apparently harmless, but my partner already thinks im weird about supplements so this is gonna be fun to explain lol. Any practical tips from people whove done a real run would be great, especially around timing and whether the half life means i should keep doses smaller and more frequent instead of one bigger one.
