Came across it on Nutrition Insight, basically a write up around Mind Lab Pro's own survey about people swapping caffeine and stims for "broader" brain support stacks. Says the "more is more" crowd is finally cooling off and people want more balanced cognitive stuff.

Not gonna lie, this lines up with what I keep seeing in coaching. The lads who used to slam three coffees before a session are now asking me about L-theanine, creatine, Lion's mane, the usual. Honestly the timing makes sense, everyone is wrecked from poor sleep and they are trying to fix focus without being wired.

The part I take with a pinch of salt is the marketing bit at the bottom, of course they want you to buy their stack. The actual trend though feels real. Anyone here actually made the full swap off stims, or do you still keep a bit of caffeine in the mix?
