My two weeks with NA‑Selank – calm focus or just placebo?

I decided to try NA‑Selank after reading about its anxiolytic and focus effects. I used the intranasal spray about 350 mcg each morning and another 350 mcg early afternoon for 14 days. For me the first few days felt a bit strange – mild nasal tingling and a slight heaviness in the head, nothing painful.

After day three I noticed that my mind felt quieter when I sat down to write, less jumping from one thought to another. It was not a sharp boost like caffeine but more a steady calm that let me stay on a paragraph longer without feeling restless. Mood wise I felt a bit lighter in the evenings, less prone to the usual afternoon worry spiral.

I did not track any objective metrics, just how I felt. Could be placebo, hard to say. If I repeat I would lower the afternoon dose to see if the mild drowsiness I sometimes felt late day disappears and maybe try taking it only before work sessions. Would love to hear if others had similar subtle shifts or if they stacked it with something like NA‑Semax.
