Cochrane says GLP-1s work for weight loss, but we need more independent trials

Came across the Cochrane review on GLP-1 drugs and weight loss. Basically they are saying the drugs do work for shedding kilos, and the effect isn't tiny either, though they are hammering on the point that most of the big trials are funded by the companies making the drugs, so we need more independent studies before anyone calls this sorted.
That part stuck with me. From my own messing about with weight loss and tracking the numbers, the appetite suppression bit feels real to me, but the long-term stuff, what happens when you come off, muscle loss, all that, nobody really has clean data on it yet. An independent Cochrane pass is grand to see, even if it is basically saying "we still do not fully know."
Has anyone here read the full review? Curious if they dug into muscle mass retention at all, because that is the thing I keep an eye on more than the scale now.
