That vogue piece on people snorting peptides caught my eye because it touches on something quite specific to this board, the bit about selank actually working through the nose anecdotally more than most other peptides. I have used selank intranasally myself for a few weeks at a time and the calming but clear headed feeling was noticeable within minutes, which honestly surprised me, i did not expect that route to do much.

The article leans a bit into the wellness marketing side though, with quotes framing selank as a daily ssri replacement which i think is overhyped. For me it was useful for smoothing out anxious days, not a substitute for anything proper, and the evidence is mostly russian.

Anyone else here had a real selank intranasal run, and how did it compare to something like semax for you for focus versus calm?
