My 10‑week low‑dose rapamycin trial – sleep, skin & energy tweaks?

I started a low‑dose rapamycin schedule about ten weeks ago after reading a few threads on weekly 4 mg pulses. I took it on Saturday mornings, aiming for the ~62‑hour half‑life to keep levels low enough to avoid noticeable immunosuppression. For the first two weeks I felt a bit groggy on the day after the dose, but that faded quickly.
By week 4 I noticed my sleep felt deeper – I’d wake up without that usual mid‑night groan and felt more refreshed. My skin also seemed a shade brighter; I didn’t have the usual dry patches on my elbows, and a friend even commented on a “healthy glow.” Energy-wise, my morning jogs felt a little easier, especially on days I didn’t take the rapamycin.
I did a quick lipid check at week 8 and saw a modest rise in triglycerides, so I added a fish oil capsule. No mouth sores or GI upset so far. I’m curious if anyone else has seen similar skin or sleep changes, or if they adjusted diet to counter the lipid bump? ⚡😅
