TB-500 dosing frequency for a slow-healing peroneal tendon, 2x vs 3x weekly?

Dealing with a peroneal tendon issue that has been hanging around for months, the kind where it feels 80% then you push one long run and its back to square one. Been running BPC inject at 250mcg daily for about 6 weeks now and it has helped for sure but the tendon is still grumpy on the lateral line after harder efforts.
Thinking about adding TB-500 into the mix since this thing is clearly not a local healing problem anymore, more like a systemic signaling issue at this point. The wolverine stack profile here says TB-500 2x/week at 2.5mg but ive also seen people online do 3x or even split smaller doses more often.
For a stubborn tendon like this what has actually worked for people? Also does the TB injection site matter much, like do you pin near the tendon or just somewhere convenient like the delt? Ngl i am a little hesitant to add another compound when BPC alone is already helping, but this is taking too long to resolve and i have ultras coming up in the spring.
