Oral BPC-157 for a stubborn elbow tendonitis, anyone tried it with PT?

I’ve been dealing with nagging elbow tendonitis for a few months now, mostly from lifting and repetitive motion at work. I’ve done the usual rest, ice, and PT exercises but progress has stalled. Anecdotally I’ve heard oral BPC-157 might help with tendon healing without the hassle of daily injections.
Has anyone here tried the oral arginate salt version for a similar issue? If so, what dose did you run and how long before you noticed any change in pain or stiffness? I’m thinking of starting around 500 mcg once a day, maybe splitting it morning and evening, and pairing it with my regular PT schedule.
Just curious if the oral route actually makes a difference or if it’s mostly placebo. Any personal experience or things to watch for would be appreciated. Thanks.
