Has anyone used VIP intranasal alongside their peptide stack for inflammation?

I keep seeing VIP come up in anti-inflammatory protocols and it looks interesting for the kind of low-grade inflammation I deal with post-workout recovery. The intranasal route sounds straightforward enough but I'm wondering how people space it relative to other peptides.

I've got a pretty minimal stack right now, mostly BPC-157 and TB-500 for a stubborn shoulder issue I've been working on. Nothing fancy. Anecdotally things have been improving but I'm curious if adding VIP would actually move the needle or just be layering on compounds for no real reason.

For those who've tried it, did you notice a meaningful difference in inflammation or recovery speed? And did it play nice with your other injections or did you need to separate timing?

I know the half-life is super short and dosing is usually multiple times a day. That part seems like a hassle but if the effect is there I'd deal with it. Just trying to figure out if it's worth building into what I'm already running before I go buying more compounds.
