Seeking feedback: Ovagen plus KLOW stack timing and dosing

I’ve been running Ovagen capsules (liver/GI peptide) at 1-2 per day with meals for the past month to see if it helps with gut resilience during high mileage weeks. I’m thinking about adding the KLOW stack on top of that for systemic repair but I’m not sure how to stagger the doses without overloading injection sites. 5mg.

5mg TB-500 using insulin syringes. My plan was to take Ovagen in the morning, inject GHK-Cu and KPV daily after my run, BPC-157 split morning/evening, and TB-500 two times a week on rest days. Does anyone have experience stacking a gut bioregulator with this kind of regenerative blend?

Any timing tweaks or safety flags I should watch for? Ngl I’m curious if the oral Ovagen might affect peptide absorption if taken too close to the injections. Looking for real‑world anecdotes, not study citations. Thanks.

  • tracker_jade: Ovagen won't affect absorption of your injectables since they work through totally different routes anyway. The gut peptide stays local in your GI tract and the subq injections go systemic, so timing them together shouldn't matter much in my experience running a comparable stack. For site rotation, anecdotally I rotate between quads, love handles, and shoulders so each spot gets 3-4 days off between pins. TB-500 twice a week on rest days is what most people seem to do, though some front-load 5m
  • reads_labrat: Tb-500 loading phase honestly depends on what you're trying to get out of it imo The front load thing kinda makes sense if you've got an acute issue you're trying to knock out fast, but for general maintenance I just stuck with the twice weekly schedule the whole time As for GHK-Cu daily, I only ran it 5 days on 2 off when I was using it because daily pinning of that one seemed to make my skin kinda weird after a while, but that could just be me 👀
