First week with Adamax intranasal – focus, mood and any sides?

Hey everyone, I decided to try Adamax intranasal after reading about it as a Semax analog. I used a low dose (around 200mcg) each morning for seven days, just to see how it felt. For me the first couple days felt a bit like a mild caffeine bump – I noticed I could stay on task a little longer during my grad readings and my mind didn’t wander as much during lectures.

By day three the effect seemed smoother, less jittery, and I also felt a slight lift in mood that lasted into the afternoon. I didn’t get any headaches, but I did notice a tiny bit of nasal irritation after the spray, which went away after I rinsed with saline. Sleep wasn’t disturbed, but I did stay up a bit later one night because I felt more alert than usual, so I’d probably dose earlier next time.

Fwiw, I’m curious if anyone else has tried Adamax and noticed similar or different effects, especially with longer use. Would love to hear your logs or any tweaks you’ve made to the routine.
