BPC-157 oral vs injectable for a stubborn partial supraspinatus tear, what worked for you

Tore my supraspinatus about 8 months ago, confirmed on MRI, partial thickness, and I've been doing PT consistently since. Made good range of motion progress but the last 20% is just stuck. Still aches with overhead stuff and sleep is rough if I roll on it.
Ran oral BPC-157 arginate salt for 6 weeks at 500 mcg twice a day. Anectdotally I think it helped my gut and sleep, but I can't really say it moved the needle on the shoulder. Now I'm wondering if injectable at 250 to 500 mcg a day for 4 to 6 weeks would actually get more to the tendon tissue.
If you had a stubborn tendon tear that wasn't responding to PT alone, did you find injectable BPC-157 noticeably better than oral for that kind of soft tissue stuff, or is it basically the same thing hitting the same pathways? And did you time it around your rehab sessions or just run it daily regardless?
Not trying to shortcut the PT, just curious what people who've actually been through this have seen.

- quinn636: Honestly the gut and sleep thing from oral arginate salt is the same thing a lot of people report, so you're not imagining that part, but whether any meaningful amount actually gets to a supraspinatus tendon through oral dosing is the big question and I don't think anyone really knows the answer for sure? When I tore my rotator cuff a couple years ago I went straight to injectable because I figured why mess around, ran it daily at 250 and timed it maybe 30 min before PT sessions, and the should
- tracker_jade: Yeah timing it before PT makes sense, I'll try that with the injectable round. 30 min before sessions is easy enough to work into my morning. Did you run it daily on rest days too or just session days? And how long before you noticed the change, weeks or months?
