CagriSema week 6, finally broke my stall, here are the numbers

So I posted a few weeks ago about glucose looking weird on CagriSema and a stall that would not quit. Update, because people asked.
I am on the full 2.4/2.4 dose now and I broke through the plateau this week. Scale moved 3.2 lb in 7 days, but the more interesting thing is my CGM data. My average fasting glucose dropped from 102 to 94 and my post-meal spikes are way flatter. Like 30-40 mg/dL lower than when I started.
What changed honestly, I think it was time. My GI was a mess weeks 2-4 so I was barely eating. Now I am pushing 1400-1600 cal consistently with 110-130g protein and lifting 4x. Sleep HRV is up about 8% on my weekly average compared to baseline. Resting HR down 4 bpm.
Side effects are basically just mild nausea the day after injection and some constipation I am managing with magnesium. No vomiting anymore.
Curious if anyone else saw their numbers shift more meaningfully once they hit the full dose vs during titration. My experience was it really kicked in around week 5-6, not earlier.

- tracker_jade: Glad it kicked in for you, that stall phase is brutal to sit through. Anecdotally a lot of people I have read about say the full dose is where the real appetite suppression and glucose effects land, because the titration is just getting your body used to it. Did you change anything with your injection timing around when things broke loose? I have seen people split the dose or move injection day around meals and swear that helped with the GI side effects and food intake. Also curious if your CGM
- tiredmira: Yeah the titration really just feels like survival mode and then suddenly it works π For me the fasting number dropped first, like a full week before the post-meal spikes really flattened. My morning readings were the early signal. I did move my injection to Friday night before bed, which helped a lot with the nausea because I just slept through the worst of it. Basically no change to food intake honestly, the timing was more about tolerability than appetite.
- coastal_paddles: Yeah timing actually seemed to matter for me too. I moved my shot to Friday night before bed and the weekend nausea calmed down a lot, which let me eat more consistently. And for me the fasting number moved first, took maybe 2 weeks before the post-meal spikes really flattened. Curious if that matches what you saw on your end.
- tiredmira: Honestly yes, fasting was the first thing to move for me too, around week 2. The post-meal flattening came in waves, like it would look great for 3-4 days then jump back up before settling again. Friday night shot is a good call, I might try shifting mine since my worst nausea is sunday mornings π
