MT-2 nausea, anyone else find it fades but the flushing sticks around?

I have been using melanotan ii for a while now, mainly for the tanning effect since i live in mexico and the sun here is no joke, you know? But i wanted to ask about something that has been bugging me. The nausea in the first couple of weeks was rough, no question, but it did go away for me more or less like the profiles say. What surprised me is the facial flushing, that one seems to hang around way longer, sometimes still showing up on dose days even months in. Is that normal for others here too?
Also i keep reading about people getting darker moles and freckles and i have definitely seen that on myself, a couple of spots i want to keep an eye on. For anyone using it long term, how are you handling mole monitoring? Dermatologist visits, photos, or just eyeballing it? I am not super worried but it seems like the smart thing to track, right?

- sarah_codes: Yeah, I have seen people say the nausea chills out but the flushing can hang on for a while, especially on higher doses or if you load up too fast. Could also just be how your particular skin reacts to it. Worth keeping doses steady and seeing if lower amounts help on dose days. For the moles, just my own take, get a derm check at least once a year and ask them to photograph anything that looks off. I take phone pics of the spots I want to track, same lighting each time so I can compare. Way ea
- optimized_grinder: Thanks sarah, the steady dose idea makes sense, i did ramp up kind of fast at the start because i was impatient (very mexican of me, no? π ). I have been holding at the same amount for a while now so maybe a small cut is worth trying on dose days. For the mole tracking, the phone pics with the same lighting tip is actually really practical, i had been doing it but kind of willy nilly, going to be more consistent about that from now on and get a derm baseline once a year like you said π
- nof1_nate: Flushing stuck around for me too until I split the dose into two smaller ones about 8 hours apart. Took the edge off dose day redness without losing the tanning effect. Mole tracking tip is solid, I do the same thing and its the only way I can actually tell whats changing over time.
