Tren night sweats, when did they actually show up for you?

I have been looking into Trenbolone Enanthate strictly for harm reduction education, not planning a run, and I keep coming back to the night sweat thing. The profile lists it as a side effect but I want to know how it actually shows up in practice.

For people who have run Tren E, when did the night sweats start showing up for you? Was it week 1, more like week 3, did it build gradually? And was it tied more to dose or to your individual response? Anectdotally I have seen some people say they barely sweated at a moderate dose and others say drenched sheets from day one at a lower dose, so I am curious how much of it is person vs protocol.

Also, did anything actually help? I have heard people mention lower room temp, magnesium, staying hydrated, adjusting dose frequency, but I would rather hear what people here actually noticed rather than just guesses.

Not looking for medical advice, just trying to understand the pattern so I can have a real conversation with my doc if this ever comes up clinically.

  • aspiring_runner: I haven't run Tren myself so I can't speak to the timeline, but I do tend to run warm at night normally and what helps me is honestly just a cooling mattress pad, it was a game changer. For the people saying magnesium helped, was it a specific form like glycinate vs citrate, because I have read those absorb differently. Curious if anyone noticed it getting better after the first few weeks once levels stabilized, or if it was a constant the whole run.
  • tracker_jade: Appreciate the mattress pad tip, that one makes sense anecdotally regardless of what is causing the heat. The magnesium question is a good one, I am actually curious about that too. From what I have seen people mention glycinate more for sleep and citrate more for the muscle cramp side of things, but I would rather hear from someone who actually ran it which form they noticed anything from, since the absorption piece is real. If anyone else chimes in on whether it faded after the first few weeks
