BPC-157 oral vs injectable for a stubborn partial supraspinatus tear, what worked for you

Got an MRI showing a partial thickness supraspinatus tear that's been hanging around for months. Rotation with overhead press still flares it, sleep on that side is rough. I've been doing slow eccentrics and band work but progress is painfully incremental.

I've run injectable BPC-157 before for an Achilles issue and it seemed to help, anecdotally at least. This time I'm wondering if going oral makes more sense since I'd be on it for a while and don't love pinning daily for months. The arginate salt version is what people seem to talk about for systemic use.

For anyone who's dealt with a rotator cuff issue specifically, did oral feel like it did anything for tendon healing, or is injectable still the move for something this stubborn? Also curious if you stacked anything else or just kept it simple. Trying to figure out a realistic plan before I commit to another long run.
