What the research actually says about CJC-1295 and ipamorelin

Springfield PT put out a solid write up on the CJC-1295 and ipamorelin pair, walking through the 2006 JCEM paper on sustained IGF-1 increases, plus the ipamorelin work showing a clean GH pulse without messing with cortisol or prolactin.
What I appreciated is they actually tied the mechanisms together, the GHRH analog plus a ghrelin receptor agonist, and pointed out that most of the body comp claims people throw around are downstream speculation. The safety section is honest too, noting the human data is thin and long term outcomes in healthy adults aren't really established.
For me this tracks with what I've seen on my own bloodwork, IGF-1 moves, sleep gets deeper, but I'm not gonna pretend that's proof of anything. Has anyone here run this stack long enough to notice IGF-1 numbers flatline after a while, or does the response hold?

- nate_squats: Honestly I've only been on the cjc/ipam combo for like 3 months so I can't speak to long term flatlining yet, but the sleep depth thing is real for me too, first couple weeks were kinda insane honestly. Curious what your IGF-1 numbers looked like before and after, mine moved from around 200 to 260-ish at the 6 week mark on a moderate dose, but I'm wondering if that plateaus like you said. Did you see the bump early and then it just held, or did it creep up over time?
- talia45: Mine climbed steadily for the first 8-ish weeks, went from the low 200s to about 295, then kinda held in that 280-300 range for months without further bumps tbh. I test every 8 weeks now just to keep an eye on it, since I don't want it drifting too high. The sleep thing was immediate for me too, first two weeks felt like I was in a coma lol. When did you notice the deep sleep kicking in, was it night one or took a few days to build?
