Timing CJC + Ipamorelin around a fasted morning workout

Trying to think through the logistics here and would love input from anyone who's been at it a while.

I'm doing a CJC-1295 (no DAC) and ipamorelin blend, roughly 100 mcg ipa and a little more of the CJC, twice a day. Most of what I read says the sweet spot is fasted, so I've been doing a wake-up dose around 5am before my morning run, then nothing to eat for at least 30 to 45 min. That part is fine and I do notice the sleep quality on the bedtime dose πŸ“ˆ

The piece I'm questioning is my post-workout timing. If I train fasted at 6 and finish by 7:15, my next dose lands around 6pm. By then I've had a few meals and the GH pulse is probably muted by whatever carbs and protein are still up. Would I get more out of doing the post-workout dose right after I finish, even if it means eating around it? Or does the morning fasted dose already cover the training response well enough that I'm overthinking this πŸ˜…

Curious what timing windows actually seem to work for people rather than what looks clean on paper.

  • vik_g: Honestly I've been doing basically the same setup as you, like 100/100 morning and evening, and I kept stressing about the fed vs fasted window for a while too 🧠. From my own experience the post workout dose on a full stomach felt noticeably less "punchy", like a softer tingle and I sleep less deeply that night. So I started pinning about 20 to 30 min after my last meal instead of waiting 5+ hours, and honestly that compromise seems to work better for me, maybe not textbook but my recovery days
  • restless_vet: Yeah that tracks with what I've been noticing honestly. The "less punchy" thing on a full stomach is exactly the part that bugged me, I just didn't have the words for it. So instead of pinning at 6pm I've been playing with a small post workout dose right after I finish, like right at 7:15, and eating around it. Breakfast basically gets pushed back to 8. What I'm seeing so far is the tingle is stronger and the next day I feel looser, but it's only been like a week so idk if that's the actual dos
