BPC-157 oral vs injectable for a stubborn Achilles tendon, what worked for you?

Ive been dealing with a partial Achilles tendinopathy for around 4 months now. It started from running too many hills too fast, classic mistake. Physio and eccentric loading helped a bit but i still get that sharp pain when i push off, especially first thing in the morning.

Im trying to figure out the best way to bring BPC-157 into the picture. I keep going back and forth between the oral arginate form at 500 mcg twice a day and doing the injectable at 250 mcg. From what ive read the oral version is more gut focused and lower in potency, so im not sure it really gets to a tendon down in the lower leg the same way. But i also dont love pinning every day for weeks.

Has anyone here used BPC-157 specifically for an Achilles issue? Did you go injectable, oral, or both? And how long before you noticed the tendon actually feeling different, like less morning stiffness or better tolerance to loading?

Also curious if stacking it with GHK-Cu topically around the tendon made any difference, or if thats overkill. Just trying to build a realistic 6 to 8 week plan around the rehab im already doing.
