CagriSema vs straight sema, has anyone actually compared the two?

I was on plain semaglutide for around 8 months and lost a decent amount but the last couple of months I completely stalled, even after bumping the dose. Appetite came back a bit too. I've been reading up on CagriSema since it pairs cagrilintide with sema and the dual satiety angle sounds interesting on paper.
For those who have actually tried both, how did CagriSema compare to sema alone for you? Did you notice the appetite suppression feeling different, like more of a "I'm full" thing rather than just not being hungry? And did the stall break or was it basically the same plateau just delayed?
Also curious about side effects. Sema nausea was rough at first but settled after a few weeks. Is the amylin side of it worse on the GI front? I'm a bit cautious about stacking another mechanism when my body already complained about the GLP-1 part.
I do track my weight, waist, and fasting glucose weekly so happy to compare notes with anyone running numbers too.
