BPC oral vs injectable for a stubborn Achilles, what worked for you?

Dealing with a partial Achilles thing in my left leg, been lingering for like 4 months now. MRI showed some thickening but no full tear. Running is obviously on hold which is killing me. I've been doing all the usual rehab stuff, eccentric calf raises, heavy slow resistance, ultrasound, the works, and progress is just painfully slow.
I keep going back and forth on whether to actually pull the trigger on BPC and if so which form. The oral arginate version looks convenient and I've read some good things about it for tendon stuff but people also say the injectable still seems more potent for anything structural like this. I know oral has more gut healing angle but my gut is fine, it's literally my Achilles that's the problem.
Curious if anyone here ran a real course of BPC for a similar tendon issue. How long did you run it, what dose range, and did you actually feel a difference or could just be placebo. Also did you stack it with anything like TB-500 or GHK-Cu or keep it simple. Trying to set realistic expectations before I commit to a longer run.

- yuki_reads: I dealt with a similar stubborn Achilles thing about a year ago, took forever to actually heal and I was pretty desperate by month three. For me the injectable seemed to do more than the oral version, I did a 6 week run at 250 mcg twice a day and honestly I noticed the tendon felt less angry around week 3, but could just be placebo since I was also doing eccentrics daily. I did not stack it with TB-500 because I wanted to know what was actually doing something, kept it simple. My gut was fine t
- retired_ketogen: Yeah that tracks with what ive seen too. Inject felt more targeted to me for tendon stuff even tho oral is way easier. Could totally be the eccentrics stacking on top tho, hard to say. My mri just showed thickening like yours, no neovasc stuff they mentioned. What made you stop at 6 weeks instead of pushing longer?
- grinder279: I never actually ran 6 weeks, my post got cut off but I was still deciding on the length. That's actually the part I'm stuck on now, whether to do like a 4 week run or go the full 8. Some guys I know say tendons need longer to actually respond. Did you notice it still working past week 4 or did it kinda plateau for you?
- grinder279: Yeah mine just showed thickening, no neovascularization mentioned so probably the clean version of what you had. 250 twice a day for 6 weeks sounds like a solid run, glad it actually moved the needle for you even if it might not have been the BPC alone. How long after you stopped did the improvement stick around?
