Running GLOW mornings, Wolverine evenings, redundant or actually stacking right?

I've been running a split version of these two and wanted to see if anyone else does something similar or thinks I'm overcomplicating it.

Mornings I do GLOW, GHK-Cu 200mcg subq, BPC-157 500mcg subq. Then evenings I add TB-500 2.5mg subq on Mon/Thu, and skip the BPC on those nights since I'm already getting daily coverage in the AM.

Anecdotally my skin looks better and an old shoulder thing that's been bugging me for months finally calmed down around week 3. Could be the GHK doing the skin stuff and the BPC/TB combo doing the joint stuff, hard to say which piece is pulling weight.

The thing I'm not sure about is whether running GHK-Cu daily alongside BPC daily is too much overlap with the evening TB-500 nights. Like am I just throwing more peptides at the same pathways?

Also, do you pin GHK-Cu and BPC in the same syringe or separate? I've been doing separate but it's getting old.

Anyone running a similar split, and did you notice a difference when you timed it this way vs all at once?

  • runs_runner: Split dosing is pretty common honestly, and pinning ghk-cu and bpc together in one syringe is fine, plenty of people do it, just make sure they're compatible in solution and you're not weird about preservatives. I wouldn't call it redundant though, they hit different things. Fwiw the pathway overlap question is fair but i think they're doing distinct enough work that it's not just throwing more at the same target. Your split logic sounds reasonable to me. Did you try them all together first or
  • tracker_jade: Started split from day one honestly, never ran them all together. Mostly because I didn't wanna find out the hard way that something reacted weird in the syringe, and split just felt easier to track. The pinning together thing, that's what I've been going back and forth on. If you're saying plenty of people co-pin GHK-Cu and BPC without issues I might just start doing it, saves a stick a day. Did you notice any difference in how the site looks or heals when you co-pin versus separate?
