VIP intranasal use: anyone else feel lightheaded or BP dip?

I tried VIP intranasal spray for a couple of weeks to help with sinus inflammation. I followed the typical dose of about 50 mcg per spray, twice a day. After the first few days I noticed a brief wave of lightheadedness right after spraying, and once I felt a bit woozy when standing up quickly.

I checked my BP at home and saw a small dip, maybe 8-10 points systolic, that went back to normal after an hour. Nasal irritation was mild, just a little dryness. I’m wondering if this is a common transient effect or if I should be more cautious, especially if someone’s on blood pressure meds.

Has anyone else run into similar symptoms, or know if it’s just the vasodilation kicking in? Would love to hear what you’ve seen or if you’d recommend checking BP before and after use. No medical advice, just curious about your experiences.
