TB-500 for a nagging elbow tendonitis, any dosing timing around physio?

I’ve been dealing with elbow tendonitis that flares up whenever I spend a lot of time grading papers or lifting boxes in the classroom. It’s not a tear, just a persistent ache that limits my grip and makes writing on the board uncomfortable. I’ve rested it, iced it, and done the usual PT stretches but the pain lingers after a few weeks. I’ve read that TB-500 is sometimes used for tendon and ligament repair and I’m curious if anyone here has tried it for a similar overuse injury.
