BPC-157 oral for a stubborn patellar tendon flare, any timing tips?

Hey folks, I’ve been dealing with a patellar tendon flare that’s been hanging around for a few weeks despite regular PT and ice. I started oral BPC-157 at 500 mcg once daily in the morning, mostly because I hate needles and figured the gut‑healing angle could help overall. Anecdotally, I noticed less morning stiffness after about five days, but the pain during squats hasn’t shifted much.

I’m wondering if splitting the dose, say 250 mcg pre‑workout and 250 mcg post‑workout, might line up better with the rehab stimulus, or if taking it later in the day works better for tendon remodeling. Has anyone tried timing oral BPC-157 around specific physio sessions and felt a difference in load tolerance or recovery speed? Just looking for real‑world tweaks before I consider bumping the dose or adding something else. Thanks.
