BPC-157 oral dosing timing for patellar tendon rehab – any tips?

I’ve been dealing with a stubborn patellar tendon flare for a few weeks now. It’s sore after long days on my feet teaching and gets worse when I try to squat or lunge in the gym. I’ve started oral BPC-157 (arginate salt) at around 500 mcg once a day in the morning, but I’m wondering if splitting the dose or timing it around my physio sessions might help more.
Anecdotally, I’ve felt a slight dulling of the ache after a few days, but I’m not sure if that’s just placebo or the peptide kicking in. Has anyone tried dosing BPC-157 oral pre‑ or post‑workout for tendon rehab, or do you just take it at the same time each day? I’d like to keep things simple but effective without overcomplicating my routine.
Any real‑world timing tips or things to watch for would be appreciated. Thanks.
