BPC-157 and Boswellia for chronic wrist pain?

I have been dealing with some nagging pain in my right wrist for a few months now. It feels like a tendon issue, but it is just not clearing up on its own. I have already looked into using BPC-157 because of the angiogenesis and tissue repair stuff.
Anecdotally, I have heard some people combine it with Boswellia AKBA since that targets the 5-LOX pathway instead of the COX pathway like standard NSAIDs. I am trying to avoid taking too many ibuprofen since they wreck my stomach.
Does anyone have experience stacking these two for joint or tendon recovery? I am wondering if the AKBA would actually help the BPC-157 work better or if it is just redundant. I am also curious if anyone has tried adding LL-37 if there is any lingering inflammation or if that is overkill for a non-open wound. I just want to get back to training without that constant ache. Any thoughts on the timing for these or if this combo makes sense for wrist stability?
