TB-500 timing around PT for rotator cuff strain – any tips?

I’ve been dealing with a nagging rotator cuff strain for about six weeks. I’m seeing a PT twice a week and doing the usual band work and scapular stabilizers. 5 mg subQ twice a week, injecting the night before my PT sessions.
Anecdotally I felt a bit less stiffness in the morning and the pain during external rotation seemed to drop a notch after the first week, but I’m not sure if that’s just the PT kicking in or the peptide. I’m wondering if anyone has tried timing the dose differently – like injecting right after PT or on off days – and noticed a clearer effect on soreness or range of motion. Also curious if anyone split the dose into smaller daily amounts instead of twice weekly.
Would love to hear what’s worked for you guys for timing and any side effects you saw. Thanks.
