First peptide injection – where exactly do I put the needle?

Hey folks, I’m completely new to this and just got my first vial of BPC-157. I’ve read the reconstitution steps but I’m still unsure about the injection part. When a protocol says “subcutaneous”, does that mean just pinching a bit of skin anywhere on the belly or thigh and going in at a 45‑degree angle?

I tried a test shot with saline yesterday and honestly felt a bit wobbly – ngl, I’m used to giving IVs at work but doing it to myself feels weird. Does anyone have a simple, step‑by‑step description of where they usually inject and how deep the needle should go? Also, should I rotate sites each time or stick to one spot?

Any tips on making it less painful or avoiding bruising would be really appreciated. Thanks in advance for the help.
