BPC-157 oral + TB-500 for stubborn plantar fasciitis, dosing around PT?

I’ve been battling plantar fasciitis on my left foot for about four months now. Night splints, rolling, eccentric calf work – it’s improved but I still get that sharp sting first thing in the morning and after long runs. I’m thinking of trying an oral BPC-157 arginate (around 500mcg twice a day) layered with TB-500 (maybe 2mg twice weekly) to see if it helps the tissue remodel faster.

My question is timing: should I dose on the same days as my PT sessions, or better on off days to let the peptides work while I’m not loading the fascia? Has anyone noticed a difference in soreness or morning stiffness when they stacked these vs using just one?
