Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin before bed – does the combo actually improve sleep quality?

5mg plus ipamorelin 250mcg each night for about three weeks now, mostly because I read the half‑life combo gives a GH peak around 30‑60 minutes after injection and supposedly helps with recovery. Ngl, I feel a bit more rested in the mornings and my shoulder soreness from night shifts seems to ease up a bit faster, but I’m always suspicious that it could just be placebo or the fact I’m finally prioritising a consistent bedtime routine. I’m wondering if anyone here has tracked objective sleep markers – like wearable data or even just how many times you wake up – while on this stack versus a baseline.
Also curious whether splitting the dose (tesamorelin in the morning, ipamorelin at night) changes the pulse shape or just blunts the night‑time spike. Would love to hear real experiences, not just the marketing copy that talks about “synergistic 1+1=3” GH release. If you’ve tried it, what did you notice, and did you keep a log or just go by feel?
