Feedback on KLOW stack dosing and timing for tendon healing

I’ve been trying the KLOW stack for a nagging patellar tendon issue that’s been bothering me for months. 5mg per the typical protocol. I reconstitute each peptide in 1ml bacteriostatic water so that 10 units on an insulin syringe equals 100mcg for the smaller peptides and 250mcg for TB-500.

I take GHK-Cu and KPV every morning, BPC-157 split AM/PM, and TB-500 on Monday, Wednesday and Friday evenings. I’ve noticed less morning stiffness after about three weeks but I’m wondering if the TB-500 frequency is too high or if I should stagger the GHK-Cu to every other day to avoid any copper buildup. Has anyone else run a similar schedule and seen better results with tweaks?

Any thoughts on cycle length before taking a break? I’m just looking for practical feedback before I keep going.

  • fasted_scientist: The morning stiffness improving after three weeks could just be the natural course of a tendon issue fluctuating (they do that on their own), so hard to attribute it to the stack yet. Ngl I'd give it at least six weeks before reading too much into it. On the copper buildup worry, I haven't seen solid data showing GHK-Cu at typical doses causes problematic copper accumulation in healthy people. If you're concerned, getting serum copper and ceruloplasmin checked would tell you more than guessing.
  • tracker_jade: Thanks for the input. I’ll stick with the current TB-500 schedule for another three weeks before judging effects. I’ll get serum copper checked next month to ease the GHK-Cu worry. Any idea how long a typical KLOW cycle runs before a break?
