Follistatin 344 reproductive and cardiac side effects, anyone have bloodwork or real-world feedback?

Been looking into Follistatin 344 for recovery purposes and the side effect profile gives me pause. The profiles here flag reproductive effects and cardiac muscle effects as theoretical, but I haven't found much real-world discussion on either. Anecdotally I've seen people mention joint stress from rapid strength gains but almost nobody talking about whether they got labs done before and after a cycle.

My concern is the activin neutralization piece. Activin isn't just a myostatin pathway thing, it's involved in reproductive hormone regulation too. If you're binding activin A for 10 to 30 days, does that mess with FSH or LH in a way that shows up on labs? Has anyone here actually pulled hormone panels post-cycle?

Same question for cardiac effects. Skeletal muscle and cardiac muscle both respond to myostatin signaling. Theoretically you could get cardiac hypertrophy that isn't the good kind. Has anyone gotten an echo or at least checked BP regularly while running it?

I'm not gonna touch this one until I see some actual bloodwork feedback from people who ran it responsibly. Not looking for speculation, looking for people who actually tracked markers. What did you see?
