My 6‑week CagriSema titration: appetite dip, nausea spikes and a weird HRV bump

I started CagriSema about a month ago after reading about the combo on the forum. I began at 0.3 mg total (0.15 mg each component) weekly and added 0.3 mg every two weeks until I hit the 2.4 mg/2.4 mg target at week 6. Weight dropped 4.8 lb in that time and my daily calorie intake fell from ~2100 to ~1500 without me really trying to count.

The appetite suppression was real for me – I barely felt hungry after lunch and skipped the usual afternoon snack. Nausea was the biggest side effect; it hit me hard on nights 2‑3 after each injection, lasting 6‑8 hours, but it faded after about week 3.

What’s odd is my HRV: baseline 48 ms, then jumped to 60 ms by week 4 and has stayed around there. I’m not sure if it’s the amylin component, better sleep, or just a placebo.

Anyone else see a similar HRV trend or have tips for handling the nausea?
