Mazdutide week 6 nausea and injection site reaction log

I started Mazdutide at 3 mg once weekly about six weeks ago mainly to see if the dual agonist would help with stubborn belly fat and I’ve been logging everything from morning glucose to HRV each night, the nausea showed up around day 18 and it’s not the brutal kind you get with some GLP‑1s but a low grade queasy feeling that peaks about four hours after the injection and usually fades by bedtime, I noticed it more on days when I skipped breakfast and had just coffee, the injection site itself got a little red and tender after the third dose, I rotate between abdomen and thigh and the thigh spot stayed slightly raised for about two days before flattening out, I’ve been taking a probiotic and sipping ginger tea which seems to take the edge off the nausea but I’m still tracking it to see if the severity drops as I titrate up to 4.5 mg next week, has anyone else seen a pattern where the nausea ties to fasting state or is it just my gut being sensitive? I’m planning to get a basic metabolic panel after week eight just to check lipids and liver enzymes since the glucagon component can shift energy metabolism.
