Oxandrolone lipid crash at low dose, how fast does HDL usually recover?

Anecdotally I ran a short oxandrolone cycle at the lower therapeutic range, around 12mg split twice daily, for about 6 weeks after a surgery to try to preserve muscle while I was stuck not training. I got bloodwork right after and my HDL had dropped pretty significantly, like cut nearly in half from my baseline. LDL nudged up a little but nothing crazy. I was not expecting that kind of hit at that dose since everyone says low dose anavar is "mild."
It has been about 5 weeks off now and I have not retested yet. Gonna pull labs again in another couple weeks but I am kinda anxious about whether it bounces back on its own or if I need to actively do something. I already eat pretty clean, fish oil, cardio when I can.
Has anyone here tracked their lipids before and after a short oxandrolone run? How long did it take for HDL to come back to your normal range? Did anyone find anything that actually helped speed it up, or is it just a wait-it-out situation? Also curious if anyone noticed the HDL drop happens faster at lower doses than people claim, because that matched my experience for sure.
