TB-500 timing – should I dose before or after my physio session?

5mg twice a week. I’m doing physio twice a week too, stretching and some light eccentrics. Honestly I’m not sure if I should pop the dose right before my session to maybe help with the workout or wait until after so it’s not flushed out by the increased blood flow.

For me it feels like the soreness eases a bit quicker when I take it after, but that could just be placebo or my imagination. Anyone here tried timing it around their rehab and noticed a difference? Would love to hear what works for you, especially if you’ve paired it with BPC-157 or just TB-500 solo. Thanks hey 🦵.

  • theo149: I usually go for the post-session route and for me it seemed to make the recovery a bit smoother but it could just be placebo because it is hard to track the subtle stuff. I did a few months where I tried timing it before and after and my HRV didn't really shift much but the stiffness felt a bit more manageable when I did it after the physio. I paired it with BPC-157 for a while and the combo felt class for my shoulder but I kept the TB-500 solo for a bit just to see the difference. Your man at
