BPC-157 oral for a lingering shoulder strain, any timing tips around PT?

Hey folks, I've been dealing with a nagging shoulder strain from overdoing it on the volleyball court about six weeks ago. It's not terrible but it hangs on, especially after lifting or repetitive overhead motions. I started oral BPC-157 (arginate salt) at 500 mcg twice daily, taken with breakfast and dinner, mostly because I hate needles.

Anecdotally, I noticed less morning stiffness after about ten days and the ache during push‑ups seems a bit lower, but I'm not sure if that's just the rest I've been giving it. I'm seeing my PT twice a week for scapular strengthening and mobility work. Does anyone have experience timing the oral dose around those sessions?

Should I take it an hour before PT, after, or split it differently to maybe catch the healing window? Also, any gut discomfort I should watch for with the arginate form?
