Adding ARA-290 to a Wolverine stack for nerve pain, anyone tried combining them?

Got a question about stacking ARA-290 with the standard BPC-157 plus TB-500 Wolverine setup. I have been running BPC-157 at 500mcg daily and TB-500 at 2.5mg twice a week for a nagging shoulder thing, and anecdotally it has helped with the joint pain but there is a nerve component that just is not budging. Feels like a radiating thing down my arm, not muscle soreness.
Started reading up on ARA-290 and the mechanism seems pretty different from what BPC and TB are doing. It targets the innate repair receptor without the EPO blood-cell effects, which sounds interesting for small fiber nerve stuff. The dosing info I found says 1 to 4mg daily which is a pretty wide range.
My main question is whether anyone has actually run ARA-290 alongside a Wolverine stack and if the anti-inflammatory pathways overlap too much or complement each other. Also curious about timing. Do you inject ARA-290 at the same time as BPC or space it out? And at what point do you stop adding compounds to a stack before it gets silly.
Not looking for anyone to tell me what to take, just wanna hear real experiences before I go down another rabbit hole.
