Oral BPC-157 vs injectable for my knee tendonitis – what I noticed

I’ve been dealing with a nagging patellar tendon flare for a few months, mostly from running too much on hard surfaces. I decided to give oral BPC-157 (arginate salt) a try at 500 mcg twice a day with meals, just to see if the gut‑first approach would help the tendon. I also threw in Boswellia AKBA 200 mg once daily for its 5‑LOX anti‑inflammatory angle. After four weeks my stomach felt a bit calmer but the knee pain was basically unchanged – maybe a tiny bit less stiffness in the mornings but nothing I could call a win.
I switched to injectable BPC-157 250 mcg subQ near the sore spot, same twice‑daily schedule, and kept the Boswellia. Around day ten I noticed the ache during stairs dropped off noticeably and I could jog a short interval without the usual sharp twinge. It felt like the tissue was actually remodeling, not just masking pain.
On a side note I dabbed LL-37 100 mcg on a small cut from a shaving nick and it seemed to close up faster than usual, with less redness. All of this is just my own experience, definitely not proof, and I’m still waiting on bloodwork to see if anything’s off. Would be curious if others have seen a similar gap between oral and injectable for tendon issues.
