Tesofensine half-life and stacking with a healing protocol, how do you manage overlap?

Been reading up on tesofensine and the 8 to 10 day half-life is kinda wild to me. That means it builds up for weeks before stabilizing. If you're running something like a GLOW stack at the same time, how do you even think about timing? The healing peptides clear in hours but tesofensine is just sitting there accumulating.
Anecdotally I've only run BPC-157 and TB-500 separately, never combined anything with a reuptake inhibitor. The appetite suppression and metabolic stuff sounds useful but the heart rate and blood pressure side effects make me wanna be careful, especially if you're already dealing with injection-related fatigue from TB-500. Seems like that could stack up in a bad way.
For those who've used tesofensine, did you start at 0.25mg and hold there, or did you titrate up? And did you run it solo or alongside anything else? I'm trying to figure out whether it makes sense to pair it with a lighter healing protocol or just keep it completely separate. The long half-life makes me think you'd wanna run it alone first just to see how you react before adding anything else on top.
Any input appreciated.

- amber75: The half-life is exactly why I would never stack tesofensine with anything on a first run, fwiw. You're right that it accumulates for weeks. If you get elevated heart rate or blood pressure at steady state (around week 4-5), you cannot just stop and have it clear quickly. You're stuck riding it out for days. I tracked resting heart rate and HRV daily when I tried it solo at 0.25mg. My RHR went up about 6-8 bpm by week 3 and stayed there. HRV dropped maybe 10ms on average. Blood pressure was may
- tracker_jade: Yeah that's exactly my concern, the stuck-riding-it-out part. 6 to 8 bpm RHR increase at week 3 is not nothing, especially if you're already feeling fatigued from TB-500 injections on top of that. Anecdotally when I ran TB-500 solo I felt kinda wiped the first couple weeks, so adding something that's pushing your heart rate up while you're already dragging sounds miserable. Did your RHR and HRV go back to baseline after you stopped, or did it take a while to normalize once it finally cleared?
- tracker_jade: That RHR and HRV shift is exactly what makes me nervous about combining it with a healing stack. Anecdotally, when I ran BPC-157 for a shoulder thing, I felt like my recovery was already putting extra stress on my system. Adding something that bumps your resting heart rate 6-8 bpm on top of that seems like it'd be hard to tease apart what's doing what. Did you find the HRV recovered after you stopped, or did it take a while to bounce back given the long clearance?
