Dihexa oral, anyone actually run a full cycle and felt real changes?

Been reading up on Dihexa and the synaptogenesis angle has me keen but also a bit cautious. The claim about it being millions of times more potent than BDNF at forming new synapses sounds incredible on paper but I keep wondering how that actually translates to something you can feel day to day. Not gonna lie, the lack of long-term safety data gives me pause more than the short half-life does.

I have been looking at the 10 to 20 mg oral range, daily or every other day, and the ~12 hour half-life seems manageable enough. But what I really want to know is whether people who have done a proper cycle noticed lasting cognitive changes or if it was more of a subtle thing that faded after stopping. The headache and overstimulation side effects seem common enough to plan around.

Did anyone find that lower dosing still gave them something worthwhile? I am especially curious about learning new skills during a cycle, like did you feel you picked things up faster or was it more of a background thing you only noticed in hindsight?

  • optimizer920: Havent touched Dihexa myself yet, still trying to wrap my head around the whole synaptogenesis thing before putting anything in my body. But the lack of long-term data is exactly what's keeping me on the fence too. From what I've been reading on here and elsewhere, the "millions of times more potent than BDNF" claim gets thrown around a lot but nobody seems to have a clear answer on whether that even means something practically or its just a lab number, no? The headache thing worries me honest
  • trains_mom: Yeah nah that lab number thing is exactly my worry too, like potent at doing what exactly in a petri dish versus a living brain. The 5mg start is probably smart as, I was thinking the same but then wondered if you would even notice anything at that level to know if it is working or just burning money. Are you leaning toward oral or have you looked at sublingual? Heard mixed things about absorption either way.
