Physicians weigh in on BPC-157 TB-500 regulatory gray area

came across this piece from ubie health breaking down what doctors actually know vs the hype around bpc-157 and tb-500 π
they lay out the fda stance pretty clear, these arent approved for human use. as an np i appreciate they dont sugarcoat the lack of human trials or the quality issues with gray market peptides. article mentions angiogenesis and inflammation modulation but stops short of calling it proven therapy which is refreshing. my own experience with bpc for a stubborn tendon was modest improvement but hard to separate from rehab and time. curious if anyone has talked to their prescribing doctor about this and what they said about monitoring or bloodwork β
