Question about rapamycin and autophagy cycles

ive been reading up on mTOR inhibitors and rapamycin /peptides/rapamycin seems to be the big one for longevity. coming from a chemistry background i get the basic maths of inhibiting mTORC1 to trigger autophagy, but i reckon the timing is where it gets tricky. not gonna lie, i am a bit nervous about the immunosuppression side of things or getting mouth sores. i have seen some folks mention pulsed dosing once a week to keep things safe, but i am still new to this whole biohacking scene.
do any of you lot actually track biomarkers to see if it is working or just go by how you feel? i am keen to optimise my cellular recycling without messing up my immune system. i was also looking at spermidine /peptides/spermidine as a milder way to get that same clean up effect since its naturally in things like aged cheese. would combining the two be overkill or is that a common way to do it? just my own curiosity here, so if anyone has experience with the cycle timing, i would be chuffed if you could share.
