KLOW stack cycle length, how long before you take a break?

I've been running a KLOW-style stack for about 8 weeks now, GHK-Cu 200mcg and BPC-157 500mcg daily, TB-500 2.5mg twice a week, KPV 500mcg daily. Anecdotally my tendon recovery from an old shoulder thing has been noticeably better, like I can actually sleep on that side again without it barking at me. Could be the PT too though, hard to say.

My question is about cycle length. I've seen people say 4-6 weeks, others say run it 12 weeks. The half-lives on these are all pretty short, 2 to 6 hours depending on the component, so it's not like something that builds up in your system for weeks. But I keep wondering if there's a reason to pull back after a certain point, receptor downregulation or just giving your body a chance to do its own thing.

Are most of you running something like this continuously or cycling off? If you cycle off, how long is the break and do you taper or just stop cold? I don't wanna overthink it but I also don't wanna be the person who runs something forever and then finds out later that was dumb.

  • raj_j: I ran a similar mix for about ten weeks once – GHK‑Cu, BPC‑157 and TB‑500 – and noticed the shoulder pain eased a bit, though I was also doing extra mobility work so it’s hard to tell what did what. Honestly I started to feel a little flat after week eight, like the recovery boost was leveling off, so I took a two‑week break just to see how my body felt on its own. I stopped cold, no taper, and when I restarted after the break the effects seemed fresh again. How long do you usually stay on befor
  • tracker_jade: This is my first run with this stack so I don't have a baseline for when a plateau hits. At 8 weeks I still feel like it's doing something, but honestly that could just be the PT catching up too. Your week 8 flatness is interesting though, that's exactly where I'm at. Did you notice the shoulder stuff hold during your two week break or did it start creeping back? That's my main worry with stopping cold, losing ground on the tendon.
  • retired_ketogen: Not gonna lie, week 8 seems to be the sweet spot where things flatten out for me too. I usually pull back around there and give it 2-3 weeks off. Didnt taper either, just stopped, and restart felt like it had that kick again. Kinda makes me wonder if its more receptor fatigue than anything building up but thats just me guessing. Did you change anything else during that break?
