Considering BPC-157 + TB-500 + GHK-Cu for marathon recovery – thoughts on dose & schedule?

Hey everyone, I’ve been running ultra distances and looking for something to help with joint soreness and muscle repair after long back‑to‑back long runs. I’ve read about the Wolverine stack (BPC-157 + TB-500) and the GLOW stack adding GHK-Cu for collagen support. 5mg subQ twice a week (maybe Monday and Thursday), and GHK-Cu 200mcg subQ daily in the morning.

Does anyone have experience running these three together? I’m curious about timing – should I space the injections apart or can I do them all at once? Also, any idea on a sensible cycle length before taking a break? I’m skeptical and would love to see any real‑world data or even cautious anecdotes, especially from fellow endurance athletes.

  • restless_squats: I've run BPC-157 and TB-500 together but not with GHK-Cu, so I can only speak to the first two lah. For me the joint soreness after long sessions seemed to ease a bit around week two, but honestly it could just be that I was also sleeping better and training less that week 😅. I'd be careful stacking all three at once straight away, maybe introduce one at a time so you can actually tell what's doing what, otherwise you're just guessing if something helps or irritates you. The dosing you mention
  • restlesschris: Yeah nah the introduce-one-at-a-time approach is spot on, especially with GHK-Cu in the mix. I ran BPC and TB together for a stubborn achilles thing and honestly couldn't tell you which one did the heavy lifting. Adding a third compound on top just makes it a guessing game if something flares up. Sweet as to stack later once you know your baseline response to each.
  • fasted_scientist: Spot on about introducing them one at a time, ngl. That's the only way you'll actually know what's doing what. The "I was sleeping better and training less" honesty is brilliant too, most people would just credit the peptide and move on. One thing I'd push back on though, the dosing mentioned in the original post, 5mg subQ twice a week of what exactly? BPC-157 and TB-500 at the same dose? Because those are wildly different compounds with different research ranges. Might be worth clarifying befo
  • labrat356: To be fair, that's a good catch, I was not clear at all. 5mg each twice a week. But now that you point it out, that does seem high for BPC-157 from what I've seen in studies... Most research ranges I've found are way lower, like 250mcg range, no? What dose ranges have you actually seen referenced for TB-500 specifically? I keep finding conflicting numbers.
  • labrat356: To be fair that achilles point makes sense... If you can't tell which one is working, adding a third just makes it worse, no? Did you run BPC and TB for the achilles at the same dose I mentioned, or was it different? And how long before you felt something was actually changing? I'm trying to figure out a realistic timeline before I even think about stacking.
  • labrat356: The one at a time approach makes sense, to be fair. I was thinking of just going for it but you're right, if something irritates me I won't know which one it was. Did you space your BPC and TB injections apart or do them together at the same spot? That timing question is still the thing I'm most unsure about...
