First few weeks on Dihexa oral, some weird effects and a question about cycling

So I started Dihexa oral about three weeks ago, 10mg every other day, because I was curious about the synaptogenesis angle. I read the profile here on /peptides/dihexa-oral and the HGF/c-Met mechanism actually interested me from a pharmacology perspective. First week I honestly felt nothing at all.
Maybe slight headache on day 3 but could be from training or not sleeping enough. Around week 2 I started noticing something with memory, like I was recalling names and random details faster than usual. Could be placebo though, hard to say with cognitive stuff.
By week 3 I got some overstimulation on the days I took it, trouble falling asleep mostly. I train in the evenings and noticed I was still wired at midnight which is not normal for me. I am thinking about dropping to 10mg every third day instead.
My question is, has anyone here actually run Dihexa for longer than a month? The long-term safety data is basically not there and the theoretical cancer concern with c-Met is something I keep thinking about. As a pharmacist I find the mechanism fascinating but I also want to be honest with myself about what we do not know.
Would love to hear from people who cycled it properly, did you take breaks, how long? Also curious if anyone stacked it with Semax and felt the overstimulation got worse.

- sleep_coastal: I ran it about 6 weeks at roughly the same dose you are using and had similar overstimulation creep around week 3. Dropping to every third day helped me a lot, the wired-at-midnight thing mostly faded. Anecdotally the memory stuff felt real to me too but I never figured out how much was just paying more attention because I expected something. On the c-Met concern, you are right to take it seriously. HGF/c-Met activation is genuinely involved in some cancers, and we have no human long-term data
- former_codes: Hey sleep_coastal, I also felt that wired‑at‑midnight buzz around week three on 10mg EOD. Cutting to every third day smoothed it out for me, and the name‑recall bump seemed steadier after the drop. Did you notice any rebound when you restarted?
- labrat_vik: The every-third-day adjustment makes sense, gives the stuff a chance to clear a bit more between doses instead of stacking up. I'd agree on the memory thing being hard to separate from just paying closer attention, that's the problem with anything cognitive, you start noticing things you always did but weren't tracking. The c-Met stuff is the real reason I'd keep cycles short. No human data means no human data, period. Six weeks on and six off seems like a reasonable way to limit exposure if so
