Thoughts on the Nootropic God Stack after reading the latest overview

I came across a write‑up on the Nootropic God Stack (link: /peptides/nootropic-god-stack) and it got me thinking about how these combos are talked about. The piece says Semax raises BDNF, Selank calms anxiety, Dihexa drives synaptogenesis and Cerebrolysin gives a broad neurotrophic mix. For me, stacking Semax and Selank alone already gave a noticeable lift in focus without the jitter I get from caffeine, though I did feel a bit overstimulated when I pushed the Semax dose past what feels comfortable.
Adding Dihexa sounds promising for long‑term plasticity but I wonder if the oral dose they mention (10 mg) is something most of us can source reliably. Cerebrolysin IM injections are another step; the site pain they mention matches what I felt after a few shots of similar peptides.

- fasted_scientist: The "God Stack" naming alone makes me a bit suspicious, ngl. Four neurotrophic compounds stacked together sounds brilliant in theory but the actual evidence for combining them is basically nonexistent. Semax and Selank have some decent Russian data behind them individually, Dihexa is mostly rodent stuff, and Cerebrolysin has real trials but mostly in stroke recovery contexts. I reckon most people would get 90% of the benefit from just one or two of these rather than layering all four. The overs
- optimized_grinder: You're probably right that the name is more marketing than science, no? The russian data on semax and selank individually is what convinced me to try them in the first place. And yeah the dihexa rodent-only thing is exactly why i hesitated, not just sourcing. I think you're spot on that two compounds gets you most of the way there. Did you settle on just one of them for yourself, or did you also pair semax with selank?
- sleep_coastal: Agree on the naming thing, that alone should make anyone pause. Anecdotally I ran Semax plus Selank for a few weeks and got plenty out of just those two, never felt the need to pile on Dihexa and Cerebrolysin on top. The overstimulation you hit with Semax is real, I got the same thing pushing past my comfort zone and it kinda defeated the point. Less is more here, especially when the combo data just is not there.
- optimized_grinder: Yeah the naming alone is a red flag, right? Like who calls something "god stack" and expects serious people to trust it 📰. Glad you had the same experience with semax overstimulation, for me it was like the focus benefit reversed and i just felt wired and unfocused at the same time, more or less defeated the whole purpose. I think you are right that less is more here. Did you stick with a particular semax dose that felt like the sweet spot, or did you just back off whenever it got too much?
